![]() ![]() This game is the best if you don’t try and buy everything. ![]() Then can buy the big stuff before you go to Michigan. You really don’t need any other fishing rod until like level 28 and that’s Florida for largemouth bass with the frog. The featherlight you have is good as well but can’t cast as far but you can just keep that and not buy the 7 footer and save for the big Jigwinner. If you want to get to level 40 fast this setup will get you there quick. Hope this helps and don’t forget update the keepnet. The best rod unlocks I believe at level 18 the Jigwinner 8’10” that rod casts a real long way. Definitely get the narrow spoons they are deadly with this setup. Fish New York for walleyes and then go to Oregon at like level 15 and that setup I mentioned is the ultimate setup and you can go fish lone star mud water neherrin and Oregon with this setup. Most of the videos I've seen regarding stop and go retrieve have involved a casting reel.Looks like you are at level 9 when you get to 11 there is a real good rod the feather light 7 foot. There's no reason to limit yourself to short distance rods, however in areas such as Michigan and Alaska where long casts aren't required for most species, casting gear is popular perhaps due to the retrieve ratio. For these reasons, if I had to choose one, I would choose the spinning reel. ![]() Now, with the larger spinning gear, the heaviest line you can get will work on those as well since there's nothing heavier that exceeds the best spinning reel drag. Casting reels can be used on casting rods, which cannot be used for bottom fishing or float fishing, only casting lures a relatively short distance. Keep in mind that the game offers a wide array of uses for the spinning reels so you can switch the reels between different fishing types so different rods. What is your preference and what difference do you find between one and the other? ![]() In which scenarios or why do you choose between one and the other? ![]()
